Town Manager - Town of Oxford, MD
As the current Town Manager of the Town of Oxford, in my role, I provide direct oversight to the day to day operations of a full service coastal community. Contributions include organizational restructuring reducing costs by 40%, increasing police coverage by 20% at a cost savings to the Town and prioritization of critical services addressing water loss and failed infrastructure.
Adjunct Professor - George Mason University
As an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University, I teach the core Master of Public Administration (MPA) course, Administration in Public and Nonprofit Organizations, which introduces graduate students to the field of public affairs. My teaching emphasizes the critical role nonprofit organizations play as co-actors with government, particularly at the intersection of policymaking and policy implementation. Through this lens, students examine how public and nonprofit institutions interact, collaborate, and share responsibility for addressing complex public challenges and delivering public value.
Town Administrator - Town of Chesapeake Beach, MD
In this role I provided direct oversight of a full service coastal community. My contributions included delivering a total tax reduction of more than 17% for residents and businesses while simultaneously increasing municipal services and strengthening the Town’s financial position. Through organizational restructuring, strategic application of technology, and alignment of staff resources with mission-critical activities, I eliminated operational inefficiencies, reduced liabilities by $9.44 million, and increased the Town’s Net Position by 66%—approximately $30 million over the course of eight (8) years.

Serving as Director of Operations for (5) five years, my role was to lead the daily operations and human resources of an affordable housing general contractor with offices in Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC, and 200 full-time employees at 30+ locations with annual reviews of $250M.
