As the current Town Manager of the Town of Oxford, in my role, I provide direct oversight to the day to day operations of a full service coastal community.
Adjunct Professor - George Mason University
As an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University, I teach the core class, "Administration in Public and Nonprofit Organizations". The course introduces Masters in Public Administration (MPA) graduate students to the field of public affairs. My teachings provide an emphasis on the role nonprofit organizations play as co-actors with the government in the policymaking/policy implementation nexus.
Town Administrator - Town of Chesapeake Beach, MD
Serving as Town Administrator for the Town of Chesapeake Beach for (8) eight years, in this role I provided direct oversight of a full service coastal community. My contributions included; a total citizen and business tax reduction of 17+%, while increasing services and reducing liabilities by $9.44M, an increase to the Town’s Net Position by 66% or $30M, and the implementation of organizational changes, the application of technology, and alignment of staff with mission-critical activities to eliminate inefficiencies. Serving as Director of Operations for (5) five years, my role was to lead the daily operations and human resources of an affordable housing general contractor with offices in Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC, and 200 full-time employees at 30+ locations with annual reviews of $250M.

Direct the daily operations of a 24/7 emergency shelter, transitional homeless shelter and homeless support center at five (5) locations in Annapolis, MD.
